Sti or Legacy Gt??
Weekend and Family doesn't really...go together? Lol...If weekend fun car, definitely STi...if strictly a Family Car, then Legacy. But like everyone said, Manual would be way more fun, and that is the reason I'm going with STi. If you can, look for a Manual Legacy and call it a day

Sorry but i have to tell you to get the STI!!!! I like the LGT, but c'mon a STI is a STI. Whatever is better for you in the long run go with, but if you can afford a STI, then get it.

The automatic aspect of the LGT is gonna eat at you slowly until you regret your decision hahah. manual is the way to go, so much more control and alot more fun as well. Pick one and find a manual version lol.
The LGT and Impreza are not in the same league. I've owned a WRX wagon, and I now own a '05 LGT 5spd wagon limited. The LGT just isn't as much fun to toss around. It's much larger. Although it is a pleasure to drive handles very nice, is very comfortable, looks sharp. I know that I'll never try to make the LGT what the Impreza was.
like people say, though LGT be more low profile, it can be done with the sti also. no wing is a start. I never been in LGT, i can imagine that it'll be much more comfortable than sti. i guess its up to you. sti is agile and quick awhile lgt is for comfort and bit cheaper?

Depends on what you want...
LGT... luxury. Creature perks. Decent power.
STI.... more power, better handling, quicker car. Less of the creature comforts.
