They've been the worst, crappiest, dealer for YEARS! they will never change, and the sad thing is, they will keep on scamming unsuspecting buyers for years to come. They were the ones that ever so graciously gave my baby her very first and only scratch! Then proceeded to try and tell me that it wasn't them, and it was already there......until I told them that I will go get the pictures I took of my car the day before to prove that it was NOT there. Ok, who's going to take the initiative and go bump every "Stevens Creek Subaru Sucks" thread from the past 2 years.... all at the same time? That'd make for a nice first page of BAIC.

If you bought your Subaru Added Security contract from a dealership at the time of the purchase of your car, you MUST go through THAT dealership to get your refund.

I bought my car there (new) from Masood the internet sales guy, I get my car serviced there, I buy parts there....happy with all the service they provide me. But I guess, I'm in the minority.
