Stevens Creek 1, Capitol Service 0
Stevens Creek -1 , Capitol - 0
Called them yesterday to check on safety recall wxv-34 for rusty Forester control arms. The Capitol advisor had no idea what I was talking about, worse yet he said he would check and call me back. He never did. Called back today and talked to the same advisor who was like, uh , can you give me that recall number again?" Epic fail for him, the service manager who should be communicating these to his employees, and the GM for not making sure the SM does his job. All of you get F's and you won't be servicing any of my 3 subies.
Capitol , I will give you an A for the cutest phone answerer scheduler girl , she's a doll and very helpful, a rare combination.
Your shiny new service/parts area looks nice, now spend some time and money educating the rest of your staff.

Only the cute ones , it makes it easier pulling out the credit card to pay the bill . I guess in that regard its a lot like having a girlfriend or wife .
I went to Steven's Creek recently and I got invited backstage by Ryan, the parts manger,,,,,,he becomed me backstage to a rear area and showed me something I wish I could forever forget....
Those sick ****s at SCC had connected 9 Outbacks...tailpipe to intake...9 cars..just like the human centipede..
Ryan rolled his head back and laughed......he's twisted...
AND I believe he offered free crush washers with every oil filter sold
Very good service...twisted ****s....
