start up wait time

It's generally a good idea to wait about 45 seconds before you start driving, and keep it under boost for a few minutes (say 2 or 3 minutes).

Personally, I start my car up, have a smoke standing outside, and then I take off. It takes about 5 minutes. But my car is warm and I can take off without worries.
