According to the site it seems like the third sunday of september and may. This year is clearly out of the picture for me but I am going to seriously look into this with some friends for next May. I am not positive since I haven't read the rule book yet but it has been eluded to on their webpage many times, that rookies need to compete in the 95mph class their first time.

with my baby expected on 9/19, i'm 99% not gonna do it this year. BUT i would give up a year's worth of HPDE's to do this once...
i would also want a bigger oil pan, I already got the radiator and tranny cooler installed.
Hmm what else to start planning for...

Subaru take over of the rookie 95mph class?
Edit: rookies are allowed in the "touring class" which is 95/100/105/110 target speeds but all are limited to 124mph as a top speed.
