most people use savings@sprintemi.com or savings@sprint.emi.com. Just google it, there's a wikiHow on it. I have the palm centro (****ty-ish) but with the sero plan it is awesome, as I constantly need to use data and sms.

You can change an existing sprint plan on sprint.com to the sero plans. You cannot do it over the phone yet because it is not supported by the call centers. Good luck ya'll.

All this talk of Sprint SERO has me wanting a new phone, but sprint has kind of crappy phones. anyone help me out?
