I agree 100%. it may not be a 1998 SRT, its an RT but other than that its not rice at all. Matching paint, clean body kit that isn't sagging in the front. The seller is on crack if they think a 98 Dodge Neon RT with that many miles is worth 6k.

 

Just a wild guess, but probably body kit is installed due to front end collision too...

I applaud him for keeping everything clean and in good condition. Plus everything is at least paint matched.
