Nope, I work near Evergreen high school. This guy lives near there. I see his car there when I'm going home from work. I have some ricers on my phone but haven't uploaded them. Will do that tonight or tomorrow morning.

That's actually a German plate.
Maybe the Camry owner just misses Germany hehe. Or more likely wishes he were driving a German car haha!
