I saw them headed the opposite way on el camino flying by doing like 60-80mph lol. The 458's were chasing the Bug. This is just down the street from my house so as I made the turn to go home wondering where they were headed I saw the all and pulled over. I must say the Veyron is much smaller in person, I thought it was some huge whale hyper car from all the footage I've ever seen. The car is really worth all 2.5 million in my opinion.
Id say you win for the most expensive sighting here!

Alfa must be doing a press release in SF. I just saw two C4's (a silver one on Bryant & 16th, a red one on 16th turning onto Van Ness). They were pretty nice looking in person.
If in doubt, FLAT OUT

As far as the car goes, it's sweet enough with the basic engine/trans combo from the same year M5. Neon tail-lights though!! Neon!
Cheapest one I have seen for sale locally was just under $200k, though I have "heard of" people finding them as low as $140k, never seen a real one for sale that low though. $60k? Not a chance.
I did see a 612 Scaglietti yesterday on the way to work. Sounded wicked, dull grey color as well. Another amazing tribute car. This one is a tribute to the single hand-bodied Ferrari 375MM by Scaglietti for Roberto Rosselini for his wife, Ingrid Bergman. There was only one made. He had another 375MM that he crashed and also had re-bodied by Scaglietti, which took best in show in Monterey recently. Nuts.

I was surprised too. My buddy buys, imports and sells German cars from all over the world and said the Z8 isn't that hard to get. In the Bay Area they probably go for a bit more, but they're not $200K. Ebay average price right now appears to be right around $100K.
Damn, you actually SAW that car that won Pebble Beach? Nice
First and only Ferrari to ever do that.

I did not see the Rosellini 375 Scaglietti in person, no. I know of the car, and recently watched a video of it crossing the podium to much fan fare. I have been a fan of the car for many years. I am really into older unique cars.
Like the Ferrari 365P "Tre-Posti" - that one is wild. I think there were 3 of them, but only 1 is known these days.
