i use to get mad at slow drivers in the fast lane, but now i just down shift next to em and cut em off. Did it so much in the STi on my school/work schedule, i felt like people were all moving over for me whenever i was behind em.

 

if theres a good gap in front of slow driver in fast lane (8+ car lengths) i turn on left turn signal and just stick on their *** offset to the left so they can see my blinker and wait for them to move over. if its clear they dont plan to move over, THEN i go around, cut them off without turn signal and catch up to the REAL traffic. LOL. the way i see it, i TRIED to be nice about it.

 

BMW drivers will take each other out, if given the opportunity.

There wasn't any room to pass, but the guy went for it anyway.

 

sometimes when i see people do this I wonder if they honestly dont know the dimensions of their own damn car! then i keep driving and witness more of it and just say: nah, hes just a Fin idiot

Why you no signal?

I noticed that ALMOST ALL drivers with completely blacked out taillights are douchebag drivers. No signaling, speeding, weaving, etc.

 

There's waaaay too many stupid things people do on the road to list them all. This entire thread doesn't even encompass 10% of stuff I see every day.

Just to add:

- People who think because there's a space open next to them, they can change lanes. It doesn't matter if they're going 50 and you're going 80 in that lane, forcing you brake. HARD.

- People who don't realize how slow they're going until you try to pass them. They either speed up so you get stuck in their blind spot, or they're in yours. And if you adjust your speed +/- 5-10mph, they'll do the same.

- People who try to pass in the extreme right lane only to encounter slow traffic and get pissed off.

- If I'm in the slow lane, and every other lane is WIDE open, and someone pulls up behind me, they tailgate me for at least a mile while their slow *** brain tries to compute changing lanes to pass.

- Same scenario as above, but they choose to only pass in an exit only lane.

- People who wait until past the last second to get out of the exit only lane while merging on the freeway. (aka, have to go over solid white lines because they didn't decide to get on the freeway sooner, usually ending up in cutting someone off). Same thing for the opposite, people who wait until after the lines become solid to get off the freeway.

- People who think just because their blinker is on, gives them the right to change lanes without looking or general care for anyone else. (at least they're using their blinker)

- How 95% of the population can't make a turn and will always cut the corner. I only take outside lanes through major turns because I've been forced off the road multiple times.

- People who speed up to pass you when a 2 lane road merges into one, but then go hella slow.

- People who think just because they're coming out of a parking lot into a main road, they don't need to follow the KEEP RIGHT rule of the road. They can be in the middle blocking all traffic trying to turn into the parking lot.

- People who floor it on the straight parts of the road and then slow down to 5 mph to make any significant turn. Makes it even worse when they floor it to pass you, just to hold you up in the turn.

- All moms trying to drop off/pick up their child from school.

- People who have to feint right before they make a U turn, and their car ends up being partially in the straight lane as they start the U turn.



And the list would just keep going...
