Speakers.... Good Guys sucks

I bought some 6.5" JL audio component speakers for the front as i was told they would fit and some 6.5" inch speakers for the rear as i was told they would fit...

With install on components 90 and rear 40 i said f' that and carried them out.. got home went to install and sure enough none of them are right..

Whats fits in a 02' wrx!?!? Don't tell me what a book says tell me what you have first hand put in.. The search has brought up all kinds of answers.

I have 6.5" in my fronts and 5.25" in my rear doors currently. It required baffles to made to space the speaker out some. Check with You local stereo shop, they usually have generic ones on hand that can be modified to fit your application.

uhmm... almost NOTHING fits w/o modding the door for speakers... since our speakers are hella thin...

There was one company, though I forgot who, that made the speakers in the right size... and it fits w/o mods. I can find that out if you want. My friend got them in his '03 WRX
