South bay to SF commuters...
I have a favor I need to ask. I live in Watsonville and I don't have plans to get out to S.F. right now as my wife's car is not working and we're down to one car.
I agreed to pick up a snowboard off a dude in San Francisco. I need someone that might be down to pick it up and bring it home with them. Then I can have one of my friends snag it and hold it for me.
It's an old school Sims snowboard... mid 80's.

Oohhh, damn, if I were to pick it up, I might just have to keep it. I wants me one of those.
But I should be able to do it, but just don't know when. I would say that I can grab it for you, but try to find someone else. I don't think I will be able to make it up to SF in the next few days.
Also has money already been given to seller or if not, what were your plans for that?

Yeah, I've been keeping my eye on vintage boards for a while. I want to collect them for decoration up at the cabin. There's a 1995 Brushie board on CL for like $50. But I'm trying to stay like... pre 91.
I can either paypal the dude money or hand it off to whoever picks it up for me plus a case of beer. Only $40.
I have a guy in mind that i'm gonna shoot a line out to but keep an eye on the thread and let me know before you head out to S.F. My wife works in Aptos so I will be in the Santa Cruz area several times this week.
Thanks.

^^ if for some reason that doesn't happen I can probably grab it. I have a client/friend coming up here Saturday to see me. He could take it back to Aptos for you.
