So after work i go to my neighboehood 711 and theres 2 cops just sitting on top of their cars and im like shoot their going to pull me over for my exhaust and its like dead silent to so i just leve it in second and as soon as i hit the driveway i push in the clutch and they look at me when i get out they question me like where im coming from and what im doing here and where im going... so i tell them im coming from work cuz im all dressed up n stuff and tell them im getting an energy drink for my midterm tomomorw and they said cool and on the way out they said thats a nce car and told me dont worry step on it a little bit so we can hear it lol i was like coo so i drove normal...

only mods are almost limo tint all the way around and a muffler delete.

well i cut out a piece of the stock piping after the resonator and got a turndown lol so it looks stock just dosent sound it hehe stealth loud mods it was nice meeting you guys today learned some cool stuff like blacklisting license plates lol ill be sure to come out next week

Washed plates, where some people that work for certain entities etc... get their plates washed and when they get pulled over and their information run it shows "special circumstances" and they can't get tickets etc...

 

Yeah a buddy of mine was in the marines, special ops stuff, and now he works at a law firm. When he gets pulled over he is in that "special circumstances" qualification and never gets tickets. Usually the cops are like "why didn't you mention it earlier, I wouldn't have run your info".

just gotta be "special" thats all. usually it is for people with certain classified qualifications. usually a government job or police, etc...
