Pulled my 205 out, ordered a 207. Have the new clutch and flywheel on. Just need a little bit of help with the timing belt and then she can go in. Wondering if there's any east bay (Antioch/Brentwood area) guys willing to help me out this week or weekend with that and then getting everything hooked up and fired up before I send her over to travis at snail performance. Willing to pay if needed or lunch plus beers. Thanks a lot guys

don't take it personally. i'm sure there are people willing to help, but just don't have the time. and where are you located? it might help if people knew where they would have to go..

Dude, I talked to you in your other thread and we PM'ed our numbers to each other. I'm in Brentwood. I told you I was available to help, but if you need something done this week or weekend, I can't just drop my own stuff on such short notice. I can make time to help but I also need some advanced notice so I can plan ahead with the other projects in my life.

I know. I had a friend who's two buddies were gonna help but then both kinda flaked last minute. Now I gotta finish it up on my own with the limited time I have left. I was going to shoot you a text but remembered you said you needed a few weeks in advance and knew that wasn't going to work nor wanted to ask you to drop whatever you had going on. The only time I have to get the motor in and hooked up before my tuning appointment at snail is Sunday and Monday. Tuesday morning is my appointment.

A location of where you are at may help to see if someone local to you can help you out.

If it needs to be done this weekend I'm a no go personally as I am leaving on a trip tomorrow, but maybe someone around you can help out.

Hey man. Shoot me a PM. I did my ej207 swap into my 03 last year. I might be a little rusty on the specifics, but am more than willing to come help someone out (gotta pay it forward for the help I got :-P)
