I've used Wheels America Wheel Repair in Hayward. Turnaround time, price, and quality were great.

Out of curiousity, what type of wheel did they repair and how much was it? They quoted me $400-500 to repair a small (cosmetic) lip bend and light curbage on an '04 STi wheel; the rim still held air and wasn't warped. Obviously I politely declined their services...

Very true, which is why I am curious regarding other people's experiences for comparison.
Money isn't an issue with me; I can pay if the value is there, but that just seemed excessive to me (I don't recall if the price inluded color matching). I might as well as save a few hundred more and just buy another set

They did my dads advan wheels. He had slight curb damage on a wheel from San Francisco and they did it for 350 with completely repainting the wheel and repairs. I believe this is a 1 guy business but he does great repair work. Till this day no chips and still looks great.

Yeah, costs a lot to do it right.. I was like why would it cost that much and he told me.. I need to sand blast the wheel.. Level it after repairs... And then repaint the whole wheel. His turn around time is pretty fast considering the amount of work involved.. I picked my dads wheels up after 4 days. I think he ships them elsewhere to get them powder coated but does the actual repair himself.
