They only drove it 5 blocks away to strip the stereo - I know that most people drive a little farther than that before they start taking stuff out.

I do not know from personal experience, I just know!

 

Actually this was probably closer than 5 blocks, they essentially drove the car off the driveway made a left turn down the hill and crossed the main intersection at Mission Blvd and parked the car in front of some lady's house. The lady got up to go to work at 7am and could not get her car out so called the cops, who ran the plates and came a knocking at my door.

 

Looks like it's time for an alarm on that car

I think I have an extra one laying around, but if I remember correctly it was minorly acting up when I replaced it. It does have a removable face plate though

I dont think there was anything seriously wrong with it...if anything at all, I may have just replaced it because I wanted an AUX input for my MP3 player and the 7-band EQ I had installed wasnt really working. anyways, everythings there, even the remote and instructions...PM me if you want it
