so i got hooked up w/ some (almost free) parts...

found a dood on craigslist selling his wagon w/ aftermarket parts.....

i emailed him asking if he'd part out.

he said that if I paid for labor, he'd swap out w/ my stock parts.

bottom line:

I rec'd:

- Helix UpPipe

- Helix Downpipe (cat)

- Borla Hush

we met in Fremont where Devon and his boy Mike took care of the install / swap.
no problems / and fast turnaround time...

early Christmas gift for me

what are you going to do when it needs a smog check now that you gave that guy your stock cats???
even though that is a catted down pipe it wont pass the visual test ..smog techs know what to look for on modded subys
and california is cracking down on modified cars unfortunately

You can pick up stock downpipes for around $20 now. Infact, there are some shops that just throw them away.
