The only thing they said to me was Mr. Susman's shop floor was high and dry, unlike mine. 
It does get like that there, just not too often. I've seen Bidwell Park and Washout do the same thing when I was at State.

Great mall was flooded around maybe 3ft in certain areas. The roads around milpenis was probably a feet or so in some areas, but it was okay. my street was clear of flooding tho
