It does get like that there, just not too often. I've seen Bidwell Park and Washout do the same thing when I was at State.

Great mall was flooded around maybe 3ft in certain areas. The roads around milpenis was probably a feet or so in some areas, but it was okay. my street was clear of flooding tho
