did you mean they were "charged" and being "arraigned"

or they were "convicted" and being "sentenced"

you said "charged" which doesnt really mean anything until you are convicted.

if its the first then they will certainly get it pleaded down

Sheesh. I would venture to guess that they'll bargain down the felony charges. I won't guess on time but I do know that they will keep them off of computers for some time..which sucks for them because computers are probably their only tickets to decent jobs. Work in corporate security. One of our tech guys is a "former" hacker. Guys damn good.

I like to mess with him though..haa. He'll be fixing a computer and I'll see the screen light up and start doing all the stuff and I'll grab the mouse and move it around..pretty funny.
