Really dude..... you're going to call me out on I-club because I haven't given you an up pipe that I offered to you for free when I said that you could have it after my swap, and knowing that my motor isn't even in the bay area, and said up pipe is attached to it? I told you that it would be a few months and now you're tarnishing my reputation on I-club making it look like I'm a bad seller or something?

Since when has anything government related been cheap?

I agree, it shouldn't cost more than a dollar, because the machine that analyzes the exhaust gasses can't cost more than $50, right?

I wasn't trying to sabotage your reputation dude, sorry if you got that impression. What I said was completely harmless, "I'm trying to get the up-pipe from Paul". How you took an negative connotation out of that I don't know. Sorry if I'm not a patient person, it's not one of my best virtues...

$ for the smog certificate... Why? When its all done online now. DMV doesnt even ask to see it anymore. The smog machine reports it directly to DMV.

So why are we being charged for that again?

The company that the DMV uses charges us for the certificates. I can load that paper up. We're no longer allowed to charge E.T. fees.
