i am good about watching traffic in my rear veiw and ALWAYS try and move over for faster traffic... but what heats me over, is when people close in on my rear and i move over for them to pass and they just get right next to me and chill... mean while im coming up on slow traffic and need to merge back over....

yeah! i know what you're talking about. when im driving on a stretch of road thats pretty empty..i usually don't want to be the leader setting the pace, so i move over and let the guys behind me going faster...come up, and when i try to move back over, they just stay there and im' like what the....i should just set the pace but i wouldnt wantto get aticket.

I've had a lot more BMWs that think they own the road than Benzs. Especially the 3 series BMWs...

I'm sure we all at some point or another have pissed off somebody on the road. I know I did when I was younger. But now, I realize that it's just not worth the trouble. If someone wants to get by me I move over,...they go by. If they come up on my side and rev like they want to race I just wave them off so they know I'm not interested. If someone won't move over so I can get by in the fast lane,...oh well. I'll eventually get to point B anyway. There are some crazy fools out there that will let thier emotions get the best of them. Perfect example is when a guy in a Mercedez got cut off by my buddy in his 96 Impalla SS. Granted they were racing and by buddies modded Impalla got the best of this guy. The guy rides my buddies bumper and then finally goes around him through traffic and cuts him off causing him to stomp his breaks. My buddy yells out the window at the guy telling him he's an idiot. Apparently the guy in the Mercedez thought that they wern't racing ( I don't know how they both floored it to where the road merged). He lifted a gun up so my buddy could see it and shouted, "You must want to die huh?". Long story short, my buddy calls PD and got the dude arrested.

You just don't know what's going through the heads of people out there. I try to always take it easy unless it's just a friendly contest of power.

 

You know what, it's ****ing simple: If someone comes up behind you, and are driving faster than you are, pull over to the right lane.

If you can't do that, you shouldn't be allowed to drive. All you people who think it so much fun to **** with people are morons and could have caused an accident by continually being a dick.

Woah there turbo. M3 has nothing to do with it. It was a piece anyways which is why I replaced it with the STi. That being said if someone is going to be an *** about trying to cut me off, I'm not going to idelly stand by. The car makes no difference in my actions. M3 or STi may have more power on hand to make percise manuvering easier, but I'd do the same in my girlfriends neon or my old underpowered ford exploder. I treat others how they treat me, if that classifies me as a madmax style driver so be it. If the guy on the I-5 had the thought to try signaling even once rather than pulling up and drifting towards me, I would have let him in. As for snapple bottles of oil, I'll be sure to notify you when one careens of my windsheild.

Lastly zumnwrx I do agree with you about people who you pull over for only to have them sit beside you.

EDIT: Also yes I dream for the day when US gets German driving laws, and everyone uses lanes correctly. If you disagree with my belief in not taking s#!t from others on the road, so be it, its my opinion, I'm done arguing.

What is the point of retaliating when some Firebird cuts you off and makes you slow down? Will going out of your way to block him when you catch up in traffic really make you happy and bring you justice? If so, please check your monstrous, prideful ego at the door. There's already one idiot compensating for a small *****, why must you do the same? (Unless...). Really guys, will your fighting back really teach them manners or make you just as bad?

Oh, German laws kick ***. Except that bit where if you hit a pedestrian, it's their bad. That part is semi-f*cked up. It is their bad sometimes, but damn that's mean.

 

People who do dip**** moves by slowing down then speeding up just for ****s and giggles are *******s and I don't give a f*ck what car your in.
