Other: force camry off the road and pull over explaining that you thought they were having a heart attack because of how badly they were driving.
Other: call 911 and report a drunk camry driver.
Other: turn on fogs, high beams, rally lights and wait for camry to crash and burn. Pull over to admire flames.
***************
Reality: Other: if it is a road I know, pass in a spot I know I can safely pass.
I've been in the situation plenty of times. At least up north there are actually signs that indicate that slower drivers MUST pull over to allow others to pass, and for the most part people are cool about it. If they would just put those up on 9, 92, 84, etc...
I had one like that earlier this year where some fool in a beat up Celica with all season tires was trying to keep up. I was just cruising so I let him pass. A few miles later I caught up because he was stuck behind a pack. We get to a passing lane and he doesn't go, so I pass the WHOLE GROUP of 4 cars. He tries but can't make it and gets stuck behind...a Camry. Eventually he finds me again and it is clear he is pissy about that whole thing, so I drop a gear leave him like he wasn't there.

Step one: make sure headlights are on.
Step two: turn brights on.
Step three: flash headlights
Step four: weave from side two side
Setp five: spell step wrong
Step six: honk in combo with light flashing
Step seven: pull over and see if the lifted truck has any better luck. Chances are likely that the Camry drive can't see over the steering wheel and the Nissan driver might just be the worse driver of the two.

I had to deal with a similar situation when I was coming back from Las Vegas.
We had just gotten on to the one lane section of 152 and since this was the return trip it was something like 10:30 at night. As we get into the one lane section, there is a Semi, Rav4, Volvo, Honda, Me, my friend in her Forester, and another car behind her. So a pretty good stack of cars.
The Semi driver notices this and pulls over in the first turnout big enough, this blew my mind, I have never seen a Semi let people pass, and I flashed my hazards a few times as I passed him to show my gratitude (as is customary) and I was the only person to do so.
I thought all would be dandy and we would be able to continue with decent speed through the rest of 152. I was wrong. The Rav4 never went faster than 35mph! The semi even caught up to us and was stuck in the group! No one could go around because it was a double yellow. I was raging so hard, but I was the third car back. The best solution that I could come up with was pulling into the left turn lanes that popped up every now and again and flashing my hi beams hoping to get the attention of the Rav4.
This continued through all of 152, the Rav4 never pulled over. I was finally able to get by when we got to Gilroy and there were more lanes. The Rav4 had Oregon plates so, maybe they didn't know what they were doing was illegal. But I still gave them a one finger salute as I passed, I was so pissed. I had already spend most of the day dealing with dbags on 5 and that was by far the worst road trip I have ever done. The only highlight was when we stopped at Casa Jimenez in Barstow for food. That place was ****ing AWESOME.

If I'm coming to a red light and in the 2 lanes is either a Camry/Corolla/Avalong/ES330 or PRACTICALLY ANY OTHER CAR, I will choose to get behind the latter.
Toyota must give a cash incentive for moron drivers at time of purchase.

Rav4 = lifted Corolla, little brother of Camry.

When teaching my daughter to drive I told her "The first thing to watch out for are Camry drivers." To me, if they bought a Camry, driving isn't likely something they do well.
