What do you do?
You're on a one lane road. Ahead of you, up front, is a Camry going -10 under the speed limit and a back up of cars is building behind him. Behind the Camry is Nissan, then you, then a lifted truck behind you.
Then the truck honks.
How do you react?
Do you think the truck is honking at you?
Do you honk yourself?
Do you think the Nissan will think you guys are honking at him?

clearly the truck is honking at the slow *** camry.
I hate when Im third or fourth in line at a light that turns green and the car in front doesnt move. I honk and the guy in front of me gives me a dirty look. Of course Im not honking at you idiot, Im honking at the first guy!!

My observations:
The slow car in front typically never responds to a honk, or tailgating, or a long line of traffic in the back, or etc.
There are either very oblivious to the fact that people can drive faster than them, don't care about anyone else on the road, or are passive aggressively showing they they have control of something.
Either way you're all screwed. Occasionally you will find someone with enough courtesy to pull off to the side, but rarely do they do that once someone starts honking or tailgating them.

If a truck starts honking, then Im gonna start honking my set of horns =P. Theres no excuse NOT to use them now, plus Im pretty sure the camry in front will hear my horns...
I don't wait for the truck to honk... I Start the honking and i wave the to car in front of me who thinks i'm honking at them because they are to ******* dumb/stupid/naive to realize they should be honking too.
What i have done in the past was roll down my windows and put on some music that is very BASS heavy and keep behind them, they tend to pull over after a couple of songs. ;-)
