There is something weird with the alignment of planets. I've been dealing with my fair share of whacko people lately and it just seems to be getting worse.

It the economy IMO. Things are really bad for a lot of unfortunate people right now and its only going to get worse. Seems like hopelessness is becoming more and more prevalent, and when people stop caring, well.... they don't care.

he couldn't see the guy's license plate, cause he didn't have a front (obviously lol)

but this sh*t doesn't matter anyhow... last year i was hit and run by a drunk at ~2am, i chased him, got his plate, called 911. 911 said it wasn't their jurisdiction and to call a different # which they gave me. I called it, immediately when the person picked up, they asked me how I got the # and literally didn't give a sh*t what had happened. they asked if there was any witnesses. I said i had to chase the Mfer 2 miles just to get his plate cause he sped out a lot over curbs, etc. so i didn't have time to pick up any witnesses. there was someone in my car, but that's not a credible witness. i had to work the next morning at like 7am, so didn't really have the time or patience for this, all they had to do, was just check where he lived, and just go pay a visit, like within 8 hours probably would have been good.

the cops went to his house 2 weeks later! and they called me back stating that I must have had the wrong plate# because there was no visible signs of any damage. I laughed (literally) out loud at them, and asked, if you hit and run someone while drunk and knew that they got your plate, wouldn't you just get your sh*t fixed like asap? no response. i stopped chasing the guy because i wasn't sure how jacked my car was.

then, i told my insurance that i wanted to just file uninsured motorist, they said i coulnd't, because the guy has insurance, he's just stating that he didn't do it and doesn't know what i'm talking about. i then got my dad involved, and we had a check cut in less than 2weeks along with a new insurance agent altogether. i f*ing hate everyone... all humans. hahahaa

I think it's more specific to this area... I think it's just that this greater SJ area is going to hell in a handbasket, and will be the next Oakland/Richmond. gtfo while you still have belongings and some sanity. I'm going up to Portland, like soon.

but specific to the OP, i think it was just a supremely butt hurt ex-boyfriend who killed his ex-girlfriend along with her new bf...

I'm so glad I don't live downtown San Jose anymore. I'm now in a nice and quiet neighborhood in Santa Clara with a cop for a neighbor.

Is your dad a lawyer, or Steven Segal?

I wonder if a lot of the recent gun violence is tied into all the shyt going down in Mexico. Vengence killings & whatnot.

San Francisco is going in the same direction as well, its the whole Bay Area, from Antioch on down.

hahahha, neither, chuck norris. nah, just an old patient man that you don't want to **** off. knows a lot of people in the right places and just how to deal with situations effectively/calmly but in an accertive (sp?) manner. Proper escalation to the right people is also key. not sure what exactly he said though.

interesting thought, perhaps some, but not this specific OP i think. it seems to be just a case of extreme jealousy and butt hurtedness gone seriously wrong.

yeah, i've noticed more ghets activities lately around the pissy smelling mission. and people raiding grow houses in the east bay... sucks indeed.

in Oakland, i think the gang taskforce consists of a whopping 7 officers. we're all f'ed.

it's not even really downtown... it's more mclaughlin, story, king... and now parts of sssj. who are all the younger generations' role models? what music do they listen to? do they go to school?
