Since its begining to rain, i had a question about police

Since its begining to rain i know a few friends and i love finding empty parking lots and swinging a few... Aside from that i was wondering if a random person saw you doing this and reported your lisence plate etc etc. To the local PD is there anyway the police could enforce the law without physically seeing you? What about a security or rent a cop?
Thanks in Advance
-Nick

hey nick!! dude my friend has been waiting for the rain allllllll year long, he loves the rain because ...u know the empty parking lot and trying to control ..out of controlness thing. u know we're always afraid of cops too, and if someone reports your license plate..i think it's just their word against yours, unless they have pictures or video which im sure they'll have better things to do besides doing that..unless they are...really bored or something. personally i don't think it should be a big deal...it's a EMPTY parking not, you're not endangering anyone but your car. you're probably not going fast enough to hit a curb and die. just tell the police you're trying to test the limits of your car in the rain so you would know what to do incase you lose control.

Im not worried about the police showing up, because i understand the consequences of this act, but im still curious about the lisence plate thing

I think the cop has to see it.

I got a "ticket" from a ranger dirt parkin lot. They said some guy saw me flyin around in there.

I went to court and said my car was parked and I was outside smoking a cigarette when I first saw the ranger.

They let me off.. =D

the cop could just be a dick and say he saw you. they have too much power in court

if it's your words against the cop, cop wins.

If anybody is feeling generous and wishes to PM me with the location of some large and quiet parking lots I would be very appreciative

if that was the case, you could always make the claim that you weren't the one driving and that you let a friend borrow it for a while. yes that is not being truthful, but at the same time they would have no proof who was driving the car.

A situation like that happened to my mom, a former student of hers called the police with her license plate number saying that they had seen her vehicle speeding and driving recklessly...The cops called her, said they were giving her a warning, but no ticket without being seen by law enforcement and she was sent a letter in the mail from the DMV eventually saying the same....

just tell him you got into an argument with some jerkoff just earlier when the dipstick almost hit you with his car.

you told him to learn how to drive, and he started using profanity and drove off, oh yea, he had a female passenger.

he or she called the cops on you out of spite.

there, everything is covered.
