Yeah .......Chill brother. Don;t be scared of no stinking cops. I know you are looking out for the best of I-club but you can't be putting paranoia and fear into the minds of us. Of course its always a gamble to go to these type of meets and drive around in Modified cars. Most of us know that by now. You pay to PLay and I definitely won't stop PLAYING!!!

I thought it was a pretty funny joke and don't get what people are getting their panties in a twist about.
Yeah, because I'm sure SFPD keeps track of i-club and all the officers are sitting around reading the thread going "They made a joke that was making fun of paranoia, not us, we should retaliate for the joke not being about us." 
most of the time I can understand where other viewpoints/reactions come from. This time, I cannot. Had someone tipped off SFPD about the meet thinking it'd be funny, then yes, that'd be a bad joke. This is not that. This was funny. This hurt no one.
it was clever, but, imo, ill-advised. there are just some things/people you don't mess with. Anyone that knows people in law enforcement can tell you that they don't appreciate being joked about....inadvertantly or otherwise.
i just hope others don't suffer real repercussions from the joke.

guy made a thread that said that cops busted up the San Francisco meet/cruise and handed out ref tickets/towed a car/arrested someone. Turned out to just be mocking the recent cop paranoia and some people got all pissy about it.
