it could cost a lot less, I have a $150 deductible on the wrx with $7500 in aftermarket parts and a $500 deductible with theft insurance on the gsr, That $133 per moun, that's going to be hard to beat!

'05 GTO & '05 9-2x aero just under $1100/yr through Wawanesa.
If your record qualifies they're just about always cheaper than everyone else.
27yrs old living in SF. It was $1200/yr until my persistence discount kicked in.

+17636 for esurance. My FXT got rear-ended while stopped on 101, totaled, and I was paid out in 3 business days. Plus, they established their valuation based on dealer prices in the last calendar year, which meant I got about $4k more than private party KBB value.
Time will tell if they are as good as I think they are now, since I am still treating for the neck/back injuries I sustained. I'm not out to get rich, but this stuff hurts and I have yet to submit my entire injury claim.

Mercury is great until you have a claim in my eyes... They stretch things out when it comes to getting them to cover things for you. Though I wasn't at fault they still didn't offer services I paid for in the end had to sue them and that took a few years. And would have been nice if the accident claim agent didn't tell me I would have been better off if drunk driver killed me.. Just saying ya they are cheap but you get what you pay for.
I use State Farm and after my last car was totalled I was completely underwhelmed by their claims service. The other guy was entirely at fault (got rear ended sitting at a red) but they took literally a month to even do anything about it. On the other hand, I thought the guy had Mercury insurance and while they weren't the policy providers (it was St. Paul-Mercury insurance) they called my back with all the info the same day. I called State Farm and they didn't have half the information re: the other guy that Mercury provided. So I haven't switched yet, but if I did Mercury would be near the top of my list.

Wow, Liberty Mutual stepping it up.
Original online quote was $1330/6mo.
Just got a follow-up call/email from one agent, which applied Subaru discount dropping it to $894/6mo.

Bump - Liberty Mutual hiked up the rates.
Two vehicles, two drivers '08 LGT SpecB and '02 G20t
Liberty Mutual - $2200/yr with $500comp/$1k collision for 100k/300k coverage
Farmers - $1880/yr same coverage as above
Ameriprise - $1880/yr $100comp/$1k collision, rest are the same
CSE - $1030/yr for same as Ameriprise coverage.
Has anyone heard of CSE (Civil Service Employees)?
I don't mind jumping or looking around every year, if it will save me $700-800 (baby on the way).

my AAA price went down after I got the forester xt, it's now 1700 for both cars full coverage. I just bought my gc and going to be putting the m3 as a weekend car only so it should drop the price even more now.
