Why? I did it all the time.
Not trying to brag... I really would be near the fastest in raw time on street tires on any given day. You have the same suspension (Koni/GR), just a little heavier car. But even when I was heavier in car, and with less tire (245s) like 5-6 years ago, I'd be faster than many other subarus on street tires.
No reason you can't raw time a turbo subaru on street tires. Just have to push yourself.
If I fail and can't get my car to round 3... Let me co-drive at Marina, and maybe we can see if your car is fast enough to straight time an STi on street tires.

Early on I was too slow to win against the regulars, but now I'm the regular. If it's anything I've learned not having power doesn't mean you are going to be slow against cars with lots of power.
All you need are *****...

Induction systems must have a restrictor on the inlet side. This restrictor orifice must not be more than 4.0” (101.6 mm) from the compressor inlet and must maintain the specified diameter for at least ½ inch (0.50”, 12.7 mm). All inducted air must pass through this restrictor. The diameter shall be as follows:
a. XP: No restrictor required
c. FP: 46 mm restrictor
I'm assuming you don't have a restrictor, so XP.

Last time you drove my car was Marina...in the rain...you beat me by 0.4 (Huck felt this sting on Sunday!)
What does ESP-T2 allow that STX didn't? (I know E85 and wide tires...anything else useable?)

Just off the top of my head: bigger injectors and fuel pump, tuning for more boost on the stock turbo, full catless system.

Just checked the rule book. Does your turbo follow this rule:
Induction systems must have a restrictor on the inlet side. This restrictor orifice must not be more than 4.0” (101.6 mm) from the compressor inlet and must maintain the specified diameter for at least ½ inch (0.50”, 12.7 mm). All inducted air must pass through this restrictor. The diameter shall be as follows:
a. XP: No restrictor required
c. FP: 46 mm restrictor
I'm assuming you don't have a restrictor, so XP.

Also I know the guys running in SM have turbos that aren't running restrictors.
