Also, you can't pre-register for FUN so you'll have to pay $50 for on site registration, plus $15 for a weekend membership if you're not an SCCA member. If you want to save $10, try to find a class your E30 falls into that's in the morning run groups and pre-register.
I pre-registered in DSP already, where my car would normally belongs but given that I bought it with stripped interior (won't be replacing that), I'll be running for fun until I feel it's ready to move to the appropriate and run for points. I was advised to do this during my first SCCA auto-x a few months ago (before pre-reg was available).

^ How stripped is the interior? You're required to have an interior for DSP. For SM you can remove everything behind the front seats. If you're completely stripped, that sounds like a Prepared class of some sort. Technically, you're running DSP illegally, but it's up to other people in DSP to protest. If they don't care, then that's up to them.

^^ Also tires. If your tires are >200 treadwear, you can go into T2.

But T2 is in RG6.

My third run was faster than I expected I would be, so I'm happy. Wish I could have gone faster on the 4th run though

Suprised I did as good as I did.

Although, I feel like there could have been a second or two shaved off my time lol
