"Police were unable to find a firearm at the scene, but video taken by a bystander showed that a man in a striped, hooded sweatshirt removed a silver gun lying off to the side of where Harding laid face down."
That gun could potentially solve at least one murder case. I hope the idiot that stole it gets caught with it and strung up for obstructing in this case and any other cases the gun is related to.

Can't wait to hear the hippies tell people this stuff happens so much the cops carry throw away guns now. What will bart police do.. issued side arm, other side tazer, boot holster back up gun. Now we have to add this throw away gun.
