i love magic. i know magic is fake. there is no such thing as real magic. we just not smart enough to figure out how to do it. so just believe its magic.
but can someone tell me what is the dive of the death all about? that really disspointed me. i was waiting for that for 2 hours, and he jump down, and got pulled back up by a string and went up to the sky. WTH is that??? i can do that too. they made it sound so serious like he really might die. i really think he mess up. and just pull back up.

I'm not sure why people get pissed off that magicians are fake... they're called illusions for a reason. If the **** he did was real, he'd have his own religion. Take it for what it is... entertainment. He developed his own style of illusion and is damn good at it. Kudos to him... I enjoy watching an illusion and once in a while I can figure it out as well

Yep.. that's a pretty simple illusion that has to do with the viewing angle and how he's standing. He's actually partially hiding one foot as he uses it to "lift" himself up. I used to have a friend who practiced this trick a lot and got pretty good at it.

It seems that most people who "hate" him say things like, "IT'S FAKE!".
No sh&* it's fake, genius. The point of a magician is to make the fake look real, not to do REAL MAGIC.
His endurance tricks are not "magic", but they are "tricks"... like watching a fire-eater at the circus or the bed o'nails guy, etc.
