like this?

1qt Redline lightweight shockproof http://www.autochic.com/redline/gear.html
1qt Penzoil or GM Synchromesh - cant find an online retailer.
2qt Castrol HypoyC 80w-90 - that is the one you want not 75.

Are you having trouble shifting?

I used it. Flushed out the old. Let it sit for an hour to drain. Then poured it in. I love the results. Smooth clean shifting.

If you need it, I have:

1 qt Pennzoil Syncromesh
2 qts of Lucas 80w-90
(I do have some of the Castrol Hypoy C 80w-90 but it's not a full bottle)

I'm missing the Redline Shockproof, but Matt (technica tech) believes he may have a bottle of it at home. If you're interested in grabbing this stuff I'm sure we can work out a deal for you.

Redline DOES NOT recommend using shockproof in Subaru transmissions; the solids clog the splash lubricator.
In addition, when mixing different viscosities, the final product has an index lower than the lowest ingredient.

But WTF do I know....

While people have used this with good results something about mixing different lubricants together for a "cocktail" just doesn't sit right with me. I've personally used Swepco 201 in 4 of my subarus and have had really great success with it and shifts very smooth too. LIC Motorsports definently carries it and they usually recommend it and I believe use it in their race car and I know in their personal cars plus it's only a few bucks more than the cocktail.

swepco is hella good. i accidentally switched mine out because i didnt realize what was in there and i put in the subaru extra-s in which lots of people love but it was much much worse than the swepco.
