SCCA March 2019 at Prairie City - spectator friendly?
I saw a bay area group has a rally event scheduled for prairie city this weekend...

It is very spectator friendly! They would even love people to help out resetting cones if you want to get close to the action. The crew that runs those events usually post on HOME - NorCal RallyCross or dirtyimpreza.com
