I work for ComGlobal Information Technology, and we provide IT services. Not sure if he would be interested in outsourcing. It might be a easier rout than to bring someone on full time.

if you have more of a job description..
that and a salary range.. i can see if anyone i know would fit and or would be interested.
I know a few guys looking for IT work. Most would consider an offer if it sounded good just on a general level.

We are Windows shop, primarily, but some Unix/Linux/Mac skill would be a plus. They need to be people that are customer facing with ability to communicate. Some of the work requires travel to San Jose or Monterey off and on. The pay would depend on experience, etc.
We have room to add anyone from entry-level to mid/senior.
I hope that helps. If you have more questions you can call my office, 831-439-8000
