Yeah - they only opened in the fall, but very good people. They actually have AR stuff in stock!
The owner works with a non-profit gun owners group in San Jose. The girl who works Saturdays (Holly) dated one of my friends ~10 years ago.

dude...

there OLLs to be had anywhere...

problem is, unlike 2005/2006 when people were still learning about them, they did cost around $100 per stripped lower.

these days, with lord nobama taking office, everyone is going nuts...

where do you live?

irvington arms in fremont.

bullseye in san rafael...

or buy out of state and use FFL like rob blank in milpitas.

I'm in SF, I bought all of my stuff at City Arms. What is a 'any other state' $200 lower going for here?

the downside with buying OUTSIDE kalif, is the FFL fees. which can be $50 and up.

so if you find a stripped lower for $135, by the time the FFL gets done, the total bill is around $200.

dont remember what CITY ARMS charges.

but check out a magazine from walmart called SHOTGUN NEWS. it's a big rag. but almost every other page is an ad from a vendor.

calculate the price of the OLL + FFL fees. see if like CITY ARMS can get you a lower + the DROS...

i remember a group buy around early 2006 when from a no-name AR maker would ship here and the cheapest, after like 100 lower, was like $80 each...

btw, the DROS is also charged but separate from FFL fees.

some ******** FFLs like to charge tax too. but that is illegal. since the FFL is providing a service and you paid for and SUPPOSEDLY will pay the tax yourself...
