Yup with atlas! My official title is project engineer here, but they are slowly grooming me into a PM. They let me have full reign on that project, make money or lose money it all falls on me. Lucky my foreman on that project is brilliant. He installed that Lutron package like a champ...I think you'll be happy you missed that walk through. He said there were about 11 Gilead people there for it...and they all looked thoroughly annoyed with the new system. It really is freaking cool though, what it's capable of that is.

Yeh same here, love the coastline. Great surf, hiking and views. Ive lived everywhere and this has been my favorite spot by far besides being out of the country. Then Costa Rica takes my vote. Only thing that bothers me around here is cost of living, but I deal with it.
I'm guessing you don't make it to the San Mateo meet working that late?

the only reason I ask about that lighting system is my boss told me to get with someone from atlas and get familar with it.
Its just two of us on swing from 3 to 11 and the guys who are here doing the electrical are pretty busy.
Do you know matt green? Hes the guy onsite from atlas almost everyday for the whole campus. I gotts get together with him and review a project hes got going on with running power into a lab for a piece of equipment. If nothng else ill ask him when he calls me up.

Haha yea the day crew here are kind of lazy and dont care about a lot of things. They pass down alot of the **** to us they dont want to do. the only reason I ask about that lighting system is my boss told me to get with someone from atlas and get familar with it. But yeah I know Matt very well. I did some CAD permit drawings for him today for Lincoln 101. He wasn't my foreman out there though. The guy who understands the system the best is Adam. He'll be out there again once I get the remaining fixtures that need to get installed show up. He was working swing on this build for a couple months. He's the guy you want, he knows it better than anyone. He's back on normal work days now. Matt would be a good starting place to get something like this set up formally though. I don't want to discredit Matt. He might know it pretty well. Personally I only see how the system functions on paper. I'm still waiting for my training too lol

Ill find someone one of these nights to have them show my coworker and I incase anything pops off.
Im sure ill see you around. If you ever see my car take a pic and post it in the bay area spotted section lol. Black hawkeye lowered a lil on rota gforces. Tinted heads and tails.
Hope to see ya around soon! I still need to tour 101 lincoln.
. But yeah that's Adam you described. Super cool freaking dude. I got lucky he was my foreman on that one. I probably won't be back till it's all said and done, unless there is a job walk prior to that. But I do think I remember seeing a black hawkeye from afar there before. You should try and make it to the meet sometime. Last week was my first time. I hate being the new guy lol

And whats your name btw? Im Forrest.
My name is Jeff, good to meet you. They go on Mondays and it's kind of a last minute thing. I guess the best bet would be to check that thread on Monday. It's the San Mateo one at Osha. And I don't think you'll find too many problems there. Were a legit shop and got smart electricians. If you find something off it was probably existing haha
