I hope that officer dies. Not because he's a cop or anything because I respect most police officers (read: most), but his conduct is way beyond anything that can be called reasonable. Throwing the poor girl into JAIL for this?! Why didn't his fat *** stop eating the burger after the first bite!? Why the hell did he keep eating, or even SWALLOW the first bite!?
POS sue-happy American. I hope all the other police officers in his PD are giving him maaaaad crap for this. They should also be giving him crap for being named Wendall.

IMO, the girl could've just not serve the salt-spilt burger and made a new one. I don't get the logic behind that at all.
And if I was the cop, I'd be pissed too and I might've done the same thing, mainly because I "think" I was hated on as it is a common thing. I wouldn't appreciate my food being dealt with like that to begin with... I'd gladly return the favor.
Being a normal person (as all of us here), you wouldn't want your food to taste like crap or handled in such a way. The girl obviously have poor customer service and couldn't careless if a person would enjoy the food or not simply by ignoring the mistake that could've been fixed easily.
I can't blame the cop and I can see a lawsuit happening if this incident happened to just about ANY person that would come in a fast-food restaurant.

But we all know the story behind this. I see both sides.

How hard is it to toss the salted hamburger patties and make some new ones? The girl obviously didn't care about customer service.
How many people go to an eatery and make a complaint about their order and ask for a new one? I know that if something isn't to my satisfaction I'd definitely say something or demand a remake. That's why they made the saying, "the customer is always right."
The cop could have easily made a complaint and asked for a new burger, yet he didn't. It was his stupid *** that kept on eating it. If us civilians can't arrest people for serving us bad food, that cop shouldn't either.

I remember a lawsuit was filed against Mc Donalds for making their children fat. It's so stupid, but common sense overuled.
All I'm saying is the cop have the authority to arrest and we don't, so we go through lawsuits. Besides, the girl going to jail is not the bottomline of this; it could go on.
And uh, easy on the monkey flip.
