Frak... I went to BevMo yesterday to get Soju and they STOPPED CARRYING IT!!
Salesman was really helpful in looking around and looking it up. But he said something about the county getting Soju banned because "Korean teenagers" are using it too much. WTH?
So where are you guys buying the stuff?

Finally got some soju.... label says "yipsejoo"
it tastes like milder sweeter vodka... goes down like sake but hits the taste buds like water down vodka... and you guys are right... buzz just like sake.
Good suggestion... only this 12oz bottle of soju cost me $3.50 so not nearly as cheap as I thought it was supposed to be.
