Well, they can still use vegetable filler in the hamburgers and still claim the 100% beef, because for all we know they are referring to the beef that they used in the hamburger, just because it has other things like fillers doesn't mean the beef they put into it wasn't 100% beef, right? 
I hope that made sense.
And I'm with you, the more I learn about how fast food is made the more I want to be a vegetarian! I tried that for a couple years back in my early 20s but I started getting sick and got really thin, so I reverted back to eating meat.
