anyone taking a camera?

 

I have a cheapy one I will bring, hope someone has something a little better though.

 

I'll bring along my camera. It ain't professional grade by any means, but it's decent.

 

Damn I wish my WS6w as done I would have loved to see if I could of dipped into the low 9's or even high 8's with the new set up

 

Dedicated track car? You still running the LS1? what all you doing to it? 8's is getting to the point of scarry fast!

Here is a link to a guy I use to know when I was in the air force years ago, he bought this LT1 camaro new. He took it to the pinks all out at sears point a couple years ago and pulled a 150 wheelie, wish it showed the time he ran...the wheelie is crazy!

I had some fun closed road fun today on the way to work with a new camaro SS went from 60-120 ish I will post the video up on you tube sometime soon. the SS ran a 12.6 at Infeion not that long ago

I'd like to improve my time but I have to be honest, it sucks sitting in line for one run every hour.

 

Yep, just buy a bag of ice and plop it on the ic while you wait.

 

Last time I was out there, I got several practice runs, and three competition runs in the 4 hours I was there. Honestly, I felt I got my monies worth. Could have ran more even after losing, they just have you pull in another lane.

Got there at 7:45 this past Wednesday, got three runs by 9:00, couldn't run anymore after,(no helmet). Got one now..So i'll try again.

 

Damn you guys are lucky. The last two wednesdays I went I got there around 6:00 and got three runs before I left at ~ 10:00. For some reason there is always a delay where nobody is racing for endless amounts of time.

 

I need to buy a helmet, you get a good deal on yours? I'm going to borrow one for a buddy.

Also no I pulled the LS1 out and went with a LS2 445 and added a direct port N2O kit that will spray up to a 400 shot... The car will be able to dive on the street too but it wont pass certin things if you know what I mean That is where the hook up comes in play lol...
