guys... (and gals)... dont make it easy for the guy to pull you over.
if you have illegal items, then guess what?
otherwise, have you made a report or a complaint to the fremont PD?
if there is abuse going on... log it and report it...
there is no law against you recording his actions. he may ***** and whine and start to threaten you. but then you have to stand your ground. you probably have to read up on your bill of rights first. then a few more police stops procedure manuals. but still, if he is abusing his power, then it has to stop.

yea i dont think i can plead innocent because of the mods on my car..i think if it was speeding or sumthing it could be different...

well anyways any idea how much the fine is going to be-especially for the cats not being there? i heard a long timea go 25k, recently i heard 5k per cat, but i also hear it cant go a lottt lower... but dunno..

Is this different than the standard "smog ref" ticket that everyone gets, where you put your car back to stock and go see the guy and get it signed off?
I've never heard anyone say that their ticket said "removed cats". If so, bring the lube, it's at LEAST $5k per cat.

thanks.. if it wasnt for baic i think i wouldve killed myself. lol right after my rosette incident i went straight to Vincent (omega tint werks) to talk. He knows his sh*t and is a very helpful person haha... Thanks Vince!

I am no where near sure how I am going to do this but I was thinking of getting my stock downpipe and cut out the "shell" of the 2 cats and make "non functioning cats" on top of my helix downpipe somehow with welding, cutting, etc.. if you know what i mean.. but if there is something i dont realize in how this wouldnt work at all please let me know ehe
