weekend recap...
left sf early sunday morning to head to squaw valley. my first time going there and didn't know what the expect. the place is sure as hell damn big and tall. but hasn't been snowing yet that day I went so much of it was bare and icy. a few runs were nice but not really worth it as it got windy and cold later in the day. on a side note that big 3 mile gold coast home run from the top to the base is pretty damn fun though.

went to kirkwood monday morning. it started snowing as we left so the drive out there turned a little sketchier than i thought. might be time to replace my winter tires after this season. ice is definitely not the business.
other than the that it was a beautiful day. snowing the entire time i was there. fresh powder galore!

squaw is a lot of fun for those non park riders when its not crappy conditions. I went like every 2 weeks last year. It was awesome. this season..just...sad
