For the price, the video quality of the dash cam is pretty clear!! Can the dash cam be removed from the mount?! I don't want to give any reason for an "A" hole to break into my car!!

 

Well all we know from the video you posted is you escalated the situation by illegally passing the truck and speeding off. You than tried to illegaly pass him again after the turn. If you where not following so close perhaps you would not have pissed the driver of the truck off in the first place. You could have stayed behind the truck and avoided further aggression but you chose to egg him on with the illegal pass on the off ramp.

Like I said, I'm not going to allow some random thug on the street to impose his will over mine. If he thinks that he can anonymously harass other drivers with no recourse, I was going to prove him wrong. It's a pity he got away.

 

you got his license plate after the first brake check, it shows it on the video. do you know how to call the police?

the "i was trying to get away from him" is about the dumbest thing i've heard from you. you had so many options to "get away", which from what you just said, you had no intentions of "fleeing for safety" at all. you didn't want some random thug to impose his will on you.
