Yakima rack or tow hitch and a small trailer. As far as I know we can tow 2000lbs IIRC, might be 1000lbs, have to check the manual. In either case that is enough to tow a dirtbike and trailer.

cool, i have a single channel plug in that parallels the rear bumper, but 250 lbs might be too much too hang off the hitch.

but cool place huh!

Search shows three, one from 15 months ago when you were still taking your drivers test, one from 9 months ago and both were for email support. kthx

They announced this late January AKA now so yeah...

So here's the first ever
RIVERSIDE-APPROVED-FOR-CONSTRUCTION-THREAD!
It says construction begins spring 2007 and can be done as early as 2009, but it will go by fast. Id wait longer than that for such a nice place.

I knew about the approval in Nov or Dec... can't remember. We Solo folks have been big supporters of this for nearly 4 or 5 years. I'm so glad that they got approved. I just hope it sticks.

this place will be HUGE. I honestly feel that if they build the stands that they are planning to build, and get nascar sanction and all that, they could possibly take F1 away from Indy. That would rock SO much!

I think it faded from view because it dragged on for a while. I tried to keep it in the publics' eyes when it was first announced, but it seemed hopeless so I gave up. I'll probably be on the east coast by the time its built

Was that suppose to be some sort of dig at me? I figured most of you people got over my age.

All I did was answer your question "how come none of you track guys posted about this?!" It has been posted before, no reason to get your panties in a bunch cause an 18 year old is into motorsports. And yeah, stop acting like your so much older then me, your only 3 years older

No worries we are all here for the same reason, you just asked why it was never posted before, and I simply was saying that it has.

+ blurr drives a niiiice wrx AND a miata, lucky lucky guy.

Riverside is way too far, isn't it in SoCal? Like...further than Buttonwillow? It's nice they are making another track in California, but I would be much more enthusiastic if it was something lower cost to use. Something like the Nurburgring(sp?), I hear it's like 18 bucks to fun that thing? This is good news though, when I can afford to track, I'll have options so I won't get bored with any one track.

i think the track is gonna be at atwater in the merced county or something like that, which is only about 2 hrs away from the east bay...not in riverside
