anyone know a cheap way to get to Reno? it would be for a three day weekend near the end of October, with a hotel room.

I'm going to be driving up to Reno around then for a tuning trip. I don't have the exact weekend scheduled yet, but if its the same, you can ride along.

then you tell her to bring one of her friend, then it would be okay.

I guess you can't use it this time but go to Peppermill and sign up for a Player's card. I don't gamble much anymore and haven't for a long time but I always keep getting free or cheap room offers (and so do my friends who only have a card but do not gamble). It works out well in the ski season. Also, they have a late night menu there where everything on the menu is like $5.95. Most people go for the NY steak and eggs. Quality wise I'd compare it to Denny's but for $6, you can't go wrong.
