What do you have done? Can you get away with just throwing in a stock downpipe? Worked for me, but that was just for a regular smog.

^^^ hate to be you. Lots of parts you need to revert back to stock. At least your FMIC to stock tmic. Is your turbo stock looking? How about injectors. Well, as long they are not fancy, you could try only with the tmic. Hope you don't have colorful hoses. And of course, dp is given. You should be ok if your uppipe is not too shinny.

Just appeared in Traffic Court today.

ALL COUNTS DISMISSED

I was very respectful, went up there and gently greeted the judge.
She read off what I was standing upon, and asked me if I cleared anything up. She even explained how the Ref Stations are closed, and pondered what I did.
I told her that I tried calling up my local PD to get my 5202VC cleared up but they told me only the citing agency could clear it up. I explained to her that I got my ticket while the ref stations were closed. She said "There's nothing you can do, I'm going to dismiss this whole case." I was talked to by the Sheriff upon leaving and he told me to get or posses the CARB stickers at all times, to avoid future traffic citations.

FTMFW!!!!!!!
