Dude yeah. It doesn't even look that hard. Just looks like I would need the bumpers, tail lights, and the hood. Of course some nifty tricks for the wiring (and I would want to slide some projectors in) and viola! Casablanca.

Its not so bad

The tail lights look good on the wagon version, just needs a little help. Drop it, breemo's, 18" wheels, tint out the windows, shave the door handles, Shave and mold in the front lights (get rid of the lip around them) and swap in projectors, mold in a 04-05 forester style grill, toss a body kit on it

It would look pimp and I would roll in that.

Herra ugly.

When I'm finished prepping the wagon for rally domination, I'm going to get these. For ****s and giggles. Rally Casa Blanca. Can you dig it?!

Unfortunately I've seen most of those cars in this post. I've seen a handful of the casablanca wagons on the island but no sedans yet.

I'm pretty sure that because the sedan in OP's photo was a custom job; IIRC the Casablanca came stock only as a wagon since it used the Impreza C'Z Sport Wagon as its base.

ah ok. still fugly tho. I don't understand the obsession with japan and trying to make vintage looking cars in a modern format.

It's probably because anything that they had that could've become real vintage by now was either blown to **** during WWII or jacked during the postwar occupation (plus they were too poor to think about making "classics" until like, the seventies, which is not a very classy, er, "classic" decade haha)
