Recommend me CCTV/Spycam

Hey guys,

So for the past 2 years or so, I've been having a lot of arguments and such with the downstairs tenants whom I am renting to. Anyways, we got into a heated argument last Sunday about parking my car in the garage and such.

The way the downstairs is laid out is that their home entrance is right in front of the garage where I park my car.

So i go downstairs to take my car out today and I notice 3 scratches that looked like they originated from keys on my side mirror backing and one long vertical scratch mark on my drivers-side passenger door. Now I haven't taken my car out since that Sunday when I parked it and I know of every scratch on my car. We get into this long and heated argument where they claim they didn't do anything.

My idea is to get some sort of camera that can record 24/7 in the dark and light and place it so that it is facing their entrance/my car for proof.

Anyone have any recommendations on what kind I should be looking into??

Clifs:
-Park my car in garage
-Notice scratch marks on my car that must have been caused by downstairs tenants
-Looking for recommendation for some camera that can record 24/7 inside the garage.
