the NT-450's I had fit just fine on my Rotas even though they were 215. I think it should be the same for any other brand tire the same size.
the treadlife is in the 500s. its a measurement of how long the tire will last compared to some standard (I think R compounds) so 100 would be them, 200 would be twice life etc. Checkthe sticky in the tires and wheels section. Tirerack explains it all

Hmm, jimt seems like he's having a good experience w/ the Falkens https://www.i-club.com/forums/wheel-tire-59/falken-azenis-st-115-vs-xiex-ze-512-a-64385/
"I have been running with the ZE-512 since December. I have put 20k miles on them. They are still like new. I commute 146 miles a day through some very curvy hills and mountains. Rain and snow, awesome tire."

I love my p7000's, they are kinda pricey, but they grip real well in the dry and rain, I also had no problem driving through several inches of snow either.

yok es100 are good. im running those on my car and they grip great in the wet and dry
I just bought a set of PZero Nero M&S. They are rated the highest in the all season category at tire rack and I've heard great things about them from my good friend Daredevil. I get them mounted in a few days, so we'll see how they are
I've narrowed my search down to the top three below.
https://www.i-club.com/forums/dumpster-18/tires-ones-best-62993/
Ultra High Performance All Season:
Performance tires which are capable of going through the snow.
1.) Sport 5000
2.) Michelin Pilot Sport A/S
3.) P-Zero Nero M&S
4.) AVS DB S2 (quietest tire I have ever driven)
5.) Continental Extreme Contact
6.) BFG G-Force KDWS
7.) HTR+
