You have the right to excercise your democratic liberties and the rights given to us as citizens....and yeah that include election and removal....
I don't understand how you can't see the negative effects of a consecutive removal.
Lets just run around every time someone we don't like get elected and fight for removal.....do you not realize that we had a 20% higher voter turn out for this election than when gray davis ran in the first place and the majority spoke.
you guys haven't even given him a chance to see what he does......Regan was an actor and turned out to be one of the better presidents for our economy. I am no republican either....infact...I like clinton..he actually did a good job.
Think for yourselves for a change and see that another recall so early would just be heap on more negative on a negative situation........you won't even know if he is doing anything wrong in 6 months...you are just assuming that he is gonna screw everything up..... I mean damn...he was a no english speaking meat head and he turned himself into a not so great english speaking $20 million dollar per film actor. He obviously knows how to succeed and how to deal with lots of money....I didn't vote for him but I am not going to jump on the hate the actor band wagon.

Actually Reagan (notice the correct spelling 
) didn't spend the country's money. He ran the country's deficit sky freakin high by borrowing more money than any democrat would ever consider levying from taxes.

I don't understand how you can't see that your complaints about a consecutiive recall work really well as complaints against the original recall. Themajority of voters voted for Davis. This is a damn democracy... [well actually it isn't, it a republic.. but I digress]... the majority of voters voted... and won... they feel stupid about their choice and now they have a recall and can proudly feel a complete lack of responsibility within the power to vote.

Reagan did some dumb stuff early in his presidential administration and actually throughout...but if you look at the effects of his administration toward the end and into the beginning of bush's our economy was on the rise....inflation was under 6% down from carters 15% and unemployment was around 5%.
Then take him as a governor...he won by the largest margin of any governor in american history....helped stop the uprise in higher education after the veitnam war and doubled financial support by the end of his terms...the budget doubled but was designed around producing more money and it did...the state was in bankrupsty when he took over and was rallying as he left...not the best...but definately not the worst.
Sometimes this state/country needs someone that comes from outside the political mold to shake things up....a new approach and new reforms...sometimes it's good sometimes it's bad but generally good things eventually come from it.
The recall is designed to pull someone from office that has royally screwed up or broken some laws...like davis and the power issues.......Not take someone out that you are sorry got elected....yes Davis was a majority elected official...of course....but he also screwed up royally and approval dropped from over 65% to under 40%.
